Organized dentistry is a valuable resource to student members preparing for a career in dentistry. The MDA works with students at the UMKC School of Dentistry and ATSU Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health to provide various programs and services, such as Food for Thought, Dental Decks, scholarships and more.   • Food for Thought - October 7 at 7:30p
    • Speakers: Dr. Emily Mattingly (UMKC 2012) is a third generation dentist married to a dentist with two kids and working in private practice in Chillicothe. She serves as the ADA New Dentist Committee Chair and is a Trustee on the MDA Board. She will speak on licensure and the latest opportunities in organized dentistry. Dr. Trey Kalbaugh (UMKC 2017) completed a GP residency before becoming an associate in private practice in Warsaw. He will share about his decision process after graduation and what life is like as a new dentist.
