A MEAP is a Multiple Employer 401(k) Aggregation Program that is offered by an organization to its members. The advantages of the member joining (moving their practice’s 401(k) Plan into an organization’s MEAP), is that it reduces virtually all of the work, responsibilities and liabilities associated with sponsoring a company 401(k) plan. This helps take much of the burden in implementing the plan off of the member and makes it easier to offer to their employees. In addition, a quality benefits package that includes a 401(k) is one of the top three reasons employees stay with a company. Let us show you why moving your 401(k) plan to the MDIS MEAP is a smart business decision.
- Learn more about what a MEAP is and the many reasons why you should join.
- Understand the specifics and details in implementing the MDIS MEAP in your practice
- Understand the benefits of joining the MDIS MEAP for both you as the employer and your employees
During the program, attendees are encouraged to submit questions through the chat feature. We will have about 10 minutes at the conclusion of the program where the speakers will answer some of the most requested questions.
