Robert F. Faulkner, DDS
Dr. Faulkner graduated from Ohio State University in 1980. Following a one-year hospital residency, he practiced general dentistry in northwest Ohio until 1990, when he returned to an advanced graduate residency program in prosthodontics at the UCLA. School of Dentistry. Dr. Faulkner received his certificate in prosthodontics in 1992 as well as a certificate in maxillofacial prosthetics in 1993. In addition, he received full training through the UCLA. Implant Center during his three year residency training programs. He has lectured extensively on several aspects of prosthodontics and implant dentistry, both nationally and internationally. Dr. Faulkner is the director of The Ohio Center for Osseointegration, a state of the art continuing education facility for clinicians, technicians and auxiliaries. He has a faculty appointment as a Lecturer for the Department of Removable Prosthodontics at UCLA. Dr. Faulkner resides in Cincinnati, Ohio where he maintains a private practice limited to fixed and removable prosthodontics, maxillofacial prosthetics and implant prosthodontics.
Lilly's wonderful childhood memories of her pediatric dental visits made her realize she wanted to work in the dental industry and create amazing dental experiences for children and their parents. She loved building relationships with her patients and helping them not to fear dentistry, but to embrace it as an important part of overall health.
For over 18 years Lilly worked in many positions in the dental field; dental assistant, front desk staff and treatment coordinator. She then became a dental office manager helping with a practice acquisition, growing the practice and then relocating to a larger facility. She also has had extensive experience in software conversions and going chartless.
Lilly is a Certified DynaMetric Professional. DynaMetric tools and programs have proven to help businesses produce measurable results and a high return on their investment in people. She also is certified as a Leadership Speaker, Trainer and Coach by John Maxwell.
Dennis Lynch, DDS, PhD
Denis Lynch received his DDS degree from the University of California at San Francisco, followed by a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and PhD in Experimental Pathology at the University of Alabama. He is currently Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at Marquette University School of Dentistry and Professor of Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Teresa Duncan, MS, FADIA, FAADOM
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Teresa addresses topics such as insurance coding, office manager training, and revenue growth and protection. She is a Fellow and Educator for the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries and the American Association of Dental Office Managers. Her memberships include the American Academy of Dental Consultants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Speakers Association and the Academy of Dental Management Consultants. She is the host of AADOM's popular Virtual Study Club. Teresa received her Master's Degree in Healthcare Management.
Jim Nail, DDS
Dr. Nail is a second generation general dentist in Springfield, Mo. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2007 and is currently the Editor for the Missouri Dental Association's publication, Focus.
